Women's Health - Video Series

The Women's Health physios at Sydney Advanced Physio have filmed a number of videos for our clients to help them understand more about how their body works. Often issues related to continence, sexual function and the pelvic floor are difficult for people to talk about - even with their healthcare provider. We have designed these videos so that you can watch them in the comfort of your own home and get the information your practitioner would normally give you over a number of sessions.

Understanding what is happening with your body is often a key part of the recovery process. Often women are unaware that there is anything they can do about the symptoms they are experiencing.
